How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide Revenue Management (Billing) services and IT services at BELOW market price with excellent quality. We also sell, implement and support software products (EMR, billing software) for physician offices. Our software product is ranked in top 20 EMR (Electronic Medical Records) products by Medical Economist. We also sell billing software (McKesson's Medisoft product). As such, we strive to be a "ONE STOP SHOP" for physician's IT needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I as owner has more than 35 years of background in health IT area. I felt that physician offices can reap same benefits as many industries have achieved in the areas of productivity, cost reduction and better "customer service" by going digital. With my strong background in health IT (I was IT director of a major HMO organization), I was best suited to provide excellent product, service to physicians at an affordable price.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide the best value to physician as we are LOCAL and we offer PROVEN solutions to physician's IT needs. We offer "ONE STOP SHOP" service that is hard to match. We have 100% client retention rate in the area of EMR.

We have one location and will expand in future if needed.

We are two partners. Both bring complimentary skills to our company. One has extensive background in Health IT arena and other partner brings business development know-how to the company.
